Ingredients needed:
• Ribs + 3 tablespoons of corn starch
• 2 tablespoons of corn starch
• One tablespoon of light soy sauce
• One tablespoon of cooking wine (sake would be better)
• One tablespoon of oyster sauce
• Garlic 10 cloves
• Some sliced ginger
• Some sliced spring onion
Steps are as followed:
① The ribs are first washed with water adding in corn starch to remove the blood, and drained (this way the ribs will be tender and smooth)
② Put the ribs into a large bowl, and put in the above mentioned seasonings
③ Mix the ribs and seasonings well and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in a fridge.
④ Preheat the air fryer at 180° and fry for about 10 minutes. If you have a lot of pork ribs, it is recommended to pull out the basket halfway to check doneness
If you like them dry, leave them in the air fryer for another 3 minutes.
19. Cumin Tofu Block
